Wealth Manager

Andrew serves as a Wealth Manager leading the firm’s practice in the Orange County and Southern Los Angeles region.  He practices in the areas of investment management, retirement and income planning, tax, estate planning, business succession planning, as well as liability and risk management and charitable planning.  In addition, Andrew serves on the firm’s Investment Committee, helping to shape firm wide investment strategy.  He focuses his practice on a thorough understanding of each client’s circumstances in order to provide them with detailed recommendations to help achieve their goals.

Andrew’s clients come from a range of professions including corporate executives, senior managers, engineers, doctors, and small and mid-sized business owners, among others.  He also specializes in working with multiple generations of the same family – facilitating the transfer of wealth, as well as the knowledge and discipline necessary to properly manage that wealth between the generations.

Prior to joining Creative Planning, Andrew held the position of Vice President, Regional Planning Consultant with Fidelity Investments in Chicago.  Andrew’s primary duties included consulting with high and ultra-high net worth clients and senior financial advisors on the development of complex investment and financial planning strategies.  He was also charged with creating and delivering presentations on various investment management and financial planning themes across the country.  During his time at Fidelity, Andrew was recognized with multiple awards at both the regional and national level and was a featured speaker at Fidelity’s annual conference as well as multiple regional events.  In addition, he was honored to serve for multiple years on the distinguished National Advisory Council where he was charged with forming Fidelity’s nationwide financial planning and guidance offering.

Andrew received both a Master of Arts and Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah where his studies included languages, political science and economics.  He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time as a volunteer with OneOC’s Family Service team where he and his family participate in various service projects throughout the community.  In addition, he is actively involved as a coach with the American Youth Soccer Organization.  Andrew and his wife Hélène have four energetic sons – Nicolas, Matthieu, Benjamin and Jonathan.
